Booking both is what most couples choose — one team covering the day from two angles, working to a single plan, so nothing is captured twice and nothing is missed. One team, one contract, one point of contact. Your photographer and cinematographer plan the day together from a single written game plan, so they already know where the other will be standing during the ceremony. Booking a photographer and a videographer from different studios is perfectly normal, but it leaves you reconciling two timelines and two vendors who have never met.

Every usable image from the day, hand-edited and delivered in a private online gallery with full printing rights and no watermarks. There is no cap on the gallery size — you receive the whole day, not a selection, rather than a curated handful chosen for you.

Every video booking includes the cinematic highlight film, shot in 4K with professional audio and fully colour graded. From there you choose what to build on it: the full feature film, the ceremony uncut start to finish, the speeches and first dances in full, licensed drone coverage, vertical social reels, and our two signature formats — a 360° virtual film you can relive in a headset, and a wedding podcast recorded with your guests. Everything is quoted before the day, so nothing is ever sold to you afterwards.

The same answer applies to photography and videography. Most Ottawa weddings need eight to ten hours to run from getting ready through the first dances. Twelve covers a full day to venue close, and six reaches the early reception but will miss the party. Tell us when your day genuinely starts and ends and we will tell you honestly what it requires, which is usually fewer hours than couples expect.

Sixty to ninety days from your wedding date for both, and it is written into the agreement rather than left vague. If you have booked photography and videography together, the gallery and the films are delivered together so nothing arrives in pieces.

Every usable photograph is edited and delivered with full printing rights and no cap on the gallery — the whole day, not a selection. Raw video footage is available as an add-on, quoted up front with everything else, so you can decide in advance whether you want the unedited files alongside your finished film.

That is your choice, and it applies to either service. One photographer or one cinematographer covers most days well. We recommend adding a second when your guest count passes about 150, or when both partners are getting ready in separate locations — one camera can only point in one direction, and a single operator has to choose which morning goes unrecorded.

We stay for the hours you booked. If you want us longer on the night we simply extend the booking on the same terms as the rest of the day, for photography and videography alike — no overtime penalty, and no surprise invoice arriving the week after the wedding.

Yes, both. We have covered Greek Orthodox, South Asian, Muslim, Jewish and multi-day cultural celebrations across the National Capital Region, and our crews speak English, French, Arabic, Hindi, Pulaar and Wolof — so your family is directed in a language they actually speak. Before the day our Creative Director builds a written plan with you covering the running order, the moments that matter most to your family, and any restrictions on movement or photography during the service.

Travel within Ottawa and Gatineau is included with either service. We work regularly across the National Capital Region and the Ottawa Valley, and we take destination weddings — tell us where and we will quote the travel transparently rather than burying it.

A named team, briefed in advance, with defined roles, carrying backup bodies, lenses and audio and recording everything twice. To secure your date we send a service agreement the same week; until the deposit is received the date stays available on a first-confirmed basis. Peak Saturdays between May and October are usually claimed twelve to eighteen months ahead.
